  All our customers have access to our help line, as a first point of contact, for technical guidance and user assistance. Our support division is backed up by consultants and IT specialists, who have thorough knowledge.

Our support and maintenance contract gives a service, which, we feel is unrivaled in the industry, and includes, but is not limited to.

  1. Six months free minor enhancement support
  2. Life time free bug fixing support.
  3. we provide source code and their installable setups without any further charges.
  4. A free telephone support line.
  5. Free Software support via online communication. see contac us page.
  6. On Site support as and when required.
  7. On site and Offsite training to the users/admins of this system
  8. Complimentary upgrades to ensure that your business benefits from the innovations, improvements and enhancements.
  9. Complimentary design, testing and installation of all customised work. The only cost to you is the programming time.
  10. Customised updates to the User Manual. As your system is upgraded we ensure that your user manual is always up to date.

Please Note:

  1. Hardware and software of any third party will not be paid customers.
  2. Any third party components if required, will be bought by the customers.
  3. Maintenance (after the maintenance period of the software components has expired, i.e. 6 months, a separate contract for maintenance has to be made if there is a need for system maintenance).
  4. The cost for on site training & maintainence will be paid by the customers.
  5. If there is any intent for web hosting of the software, the web hosting price is not included in the amount stated in the contract.
  6. The maintenance provided by Brainsoft does not include a person being deployed at site of the client. If there is need of any maintenance, a person will be sent on needed basis to the client site to provide support. All the cost will be paid by customer.
